"How far in advance do I need to place an order?"

Orders should be placed at least TWO WEEKS prior to the date that it is needed. Meaning it is best to get your orders in well before that two weeks approaches. If you place an order less than a week before it is due, there will be a 25% additional charge. (25% of your total added to the bill). This will increase by 5% per day as the due date gets closer. 

"Something came up and I need to cancel my cake order. Can I get my money back?"

Cake tasting deposits are non-refundable.

Full refunds will be issued for orders cancelled within 72 hrs of placing (not for rush orders)

Partial refunds will be issued for orders cancelled at least 1 week prior to the pickup/delivery date. 

No refunds will be issued for orders cancelled less than a week prior to the pickup/delivery date. No refunds for rush orders.

Please note cake/dessert policies differ from event policies.

"Something came up and I need to cancel my event. Can I get my money back?"

If you ordered cake/desserts for your event, please refer to those policies for the cake/desserts only. For any setups, event rentals, balloon décor etc…

Full refunds will be issued for events cancelled 30 days prior to the event date.

Partial refunds will be issued for events cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to the event date.

No refunds will be issued for events cancelled less than 1 week prior to the event date.*

*You will still receive a refund for the event setup fee.

"I changed my mind about something for my order, is it too late to change it?"

There will be a $10.00 fee to any changes made to cake orders within 72 hours. Only small changes are accepted.

"Do you deliver? Where are you located?"

I am currently only delivering for orders that exceed the amount of $100. I’m located in Suitland, MD. My address is provided on the invoice once you order.

"I don’t see the flavor that I want on your menu. Is it possible to get it?"
